I love the breakfast – the service is clean, all the chilaquiles, huevos, and juices taste great. I wish the heat was stronger and the staff were more serious. The bed sheets had hair and a very unpleasant smell, but the service girls were friendly and pleasant.

The facilities are very pretty and the food and drinks are very good, and the price is very fair. What does feel a bit high are the room rates; they are comfortable but in heat you need air conditioning and the mattresses are more comfortable. Overall I’m very happy with the service and facilities. The hotel was fine overall, but through Booking I was asked to pay $200 for each hour of early check‑in, which the hotel never does. I told reception to solve it.
