The rooms are quite spacious, apartment‑style with a kitchen, and very comfortable; they lend out a chair and a locker. We were the only guests over the weekend, so I’m not sure if it would be as quiet and comfortable in a full house. When I arrived, they asked me to sign a handwritten paper with my credit card details written in large block letters. They said only the reception had access, but since it’s a front‑of‑house location I was suspicious. I blocked the card on the spot and will check with the booking platform about how they share the data.

From the moment we were greeted at reception until we left, we were treated very well and the staff were all very helpful; the location is excellent, the tranquility is great, the cleanliness impeccable, and we felt very comfortable—coffee varied. The only downside was that the double bed in room 12 was uncomfortable, with springs that bothered my back; I’m not sure if it’s just that room, but it was the only issue, and since I stayed only one night it didn’t matter much, though it would have become a problem if I had stayed longer.

The location is fantastic; my wife and I don’t have a car and walked everything, including a 20‑minute walk to the ferry for Praia Branca. There’s also a nearby market, Semar, Krill, restaurants, and the beach at Enseada is very good. The staff are polite and helpful, making us feel at home; there’s cable TV, Prime Video, and Disney, so we’ll definitely return to the same inn when we go back to Bertioga.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but the mattresses were very soft and caused back pain, the cutlery was small, and the bottle didn’t allow me to pour milk properly.
