“Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Betreuung, Danke”
The whole apartment is beautifully furnished, with three units, a pool offering panoramic views, very friendly service, and a varied breakfast prepared by Veronika. The only drawback is that the upper room is a bit small (compact), but it’s perfectly adequate for a short trip.

The place looks gorgeous, the outdoor pool is worth enjoying every day, parking is very convenient, breakfast is definitely satisfying, complete and generous. The view is the classic Tuscan. Privacy between B&B guests is limited, which is normal but can be annoying depending on guest etiquette. Getting to the property requires driving on a rough, dusty dirt road that isn’t ideal for those who like a clean car. Since there’s no on‑site restaurant, you’ll need to drive for every meal, and the road is a hassle. Still, there’s a great restaurant just off the main road once you arrive.

Check‑in was very easy, host was helpful and the pool felt almost private. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The room isn’t fully sound‑proof because it’s close to the breakfast lounge.
Clean, breakfast was nice, room well maintained, pool was fun, Marco was super friendly and eager to help. The room has no sound insulation, so you hear everything outside.
The location is super quiet right in the vineyards, truly idyllic. Breakfast is great, staff are very friendly.
