The location was great, but the room had a leaking sink, moldy walls, a loose bathroom light fixture, and another lamp that didn't work.

The location was close to the shopping center, but the apartments needed renovation, there was a lot of noise from many dealership employees renting the units as housing, and the bathroom fixtures were dirty and damaged.
