My stay at Chalés Monte Suíço in Guaramiranga was deeply disappointing; it's hard to believe guests were met with such poor cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance. I found a dirty, poorly cared-for environment with grimy floors, insects, worn furniture, deteriorated wooden structures, and even gaps in the ceiling. The most alarming were the electrical installations, with exposed wires and scorch marks near a socket, raising serious safety concerns.

Parking spots were available, but there was no reception, the linens apparently weren't changed, and the bathroom was clogged (the flush didn't work and the shower turned into a pool).
