“Rabiësgevaar door loslopende zwerfkatten in het hotel!”

Breakfast was good, the aquapark is well set up, and especially the staff there were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Aggressive cats attacked guests. During lunch our daughter was attacked at the table by a cat that leapt out of nowhere, grabbed her arm, and scratched it deeply. Because the cats were not vaccinated and rabies could be a risk, we had to rush her to the hospital where she was vaccinated for tetanus and rabies. For rabies she received a four‑shot vaccination program. Because of this incident we stayed in the hospital from lunch until about 22.30. The next day our daughter was also not allowed to swim because of the risk of a bacterial infection in the wound. What disappointed us most was the hotel's reaction. The hotel took no responsibility and did not even offer an apology. We had stayed at Voyage Torba before and expected a very different level of service and quality. The dinner was also very disappointing. There was almost no variation all week and almost every evening the same dishes were served. Unfortunately we did not find the food very tasty either. We found the service this time very disappointing and totally not up to the level we are used to from the hotel. For us it felt more like a cheap all‑inclusive place. A very disappointing experience.

“Didn’t not like this resort at all I prefer other ones which are lot cheaper and less hastle to get to”

If you enjoy unlimited food and drinks it’s great. Some female staff at the hotel where the restaurant and main buffet are were extremely rude and kept giving bad looks to my fiancé. When I told staff about some of their staff looking at each other, giggling, and making faces, they said they were new and didn’t take it seriously.

The hotel’s location is good, there’s a wide variety of drinks, the staff are friendly, and it’s very suitable for babies. The meals are average, and the cleanliness could be better.

“Lovely place to spend your vacation”

The hotel has a great ambience, surrounded by beautiful trees that make it feel like a jungle. The food selection is rich, with great choices for vegans too. The events and activities are great; I especially enjoyed the morning sound healing event. The staff are kind and helpful. I loved the style and the details of the property. We enjoyed our stay! The beach snack bar was sometimes a bit chaotic, it took time to get our orders, and there were some communication issues. I believe this could be improved.
