The waiter who came to our room was friendly and sweet, but everything else was a mess: the sheets had holes and stains and still came back dirty after washing, our food orders kept getting mixed up, the staff were unhelpful, and they kept charging my card after we left even though I paid in cash, taking an extra £20 from my account.

The location was the only good thing, but the night‑shift staff behaved terribly; even after confirming our booking, they denied us, refusing to let us in until we begged repeatedly, and only then did they finally allow us in.
