Everything was beautiful and comfortable; I thank the men outside who start the service and keep your car safe, and the reception staff—though I don’t know their names—were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel because its price is good, its service is even better, and its offerings match a five‑star hotel.

The reception staff were kind, especially Mr. Ayman, the morning attendant, and the security guard Abu Youssef; they were very respectful and caused no trouble. The only downside was that the bedding felt a bit old.

I couldn’t remember the receptionist’s name, but he was very refined, helpful, and let me extend my checkout time. The housekeeping team was excellent, and breakfast was simple yet varied.
