“PESSIMO!!! SOLDI BUTTATI DOPO UN ANNO DI LAVORO”
I booked a quadruple room with a private bathroom, but when I arrived I was given a tiny room that had no private bathroom and almost no windows, only a small folding window. This was completely unacceptable, especially since I had paid for a room with specific features. The shared bathroom had a ceiling covered in mold and a shower full of algae. Even worse, the room’s only door wouldn’t open fully because the bed blocked it, making it hard to get in and out. I seriously questioned whether the room met safety and habitability standards. I tried to contact the owner dozens of times but got no response. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place. Don’t pay before you arrive or before you see the rooms.
“Rædselsfuldt.”
If you want a decent place to stay, this is not it. The rooms are so noisy you can hear what the other guests are saying. There is also mold in the ceiling of the toilets. On the day we arrived they told us we couldn’t get the rooms we booked, so we had to sleep elsewhere. The rooms we were given were the size of a dog house. We were traveling with a baby, which we couldn’t accommodate. The next day they offered us another room, still not the size we paid for, even though there were no other guests after the morning departure. We complained to booking, which caused the receptionist to shout and scream on the phone, so neither we nor the baby could sleep. Being woken up by phone chatter is something you have to prepare for; she just talks loudly on the phone. The rooms could as well be a prison. The high walls and the window at the very top mean you can’t look outside, and there’s a bad smell both in the toilet and the room. The beds were also really dirty; you could almost count all the springs when you lay there.
The building is ancient, the room has no private bathroom, and the bathroom is disgusting and dirty. Nothing else to say.
