The Spa Manager was very friendly, the location was great, the breakfast buffet was good, and the reception staff were pleasant. The food, however, was only cafeteria level.

A very nice room, good location, a lovely wellness area and a very good breakfast. A few staff members could have been friendlier.

The dinner was decent. Lighting was extremely poor, parts of the place wasn’t clean, the reception staff were unfriendly, and the service staff were not up to a 4‑star hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly, and the indoor pool was good. Dinner was poor, consisting of reheated ready‑to‑eat meals. Our room had a small door to an adjacent room, which wasn’t very appealing.

The hotel’s location was great, a little outside the town but still very quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. A small tip for smokers: smoking is prohibited on the balcony, otherwise a 250€ fine applies.
