The garden is absolutely gorgeous, and the breakfast they serve is hands‑down the best I've ever tasted in Brazil. Everything felt fresh and well‑prepared, making the start of each day a real treat. I’d come back just for that combo.

The property sits in a quiet, nature‑filled spot with a little creek winding right through the grounds, and both the breakfast and dinner were solidly prepared. On the downside, the Wi‑Fi was flaky at times and the place is about 15 km from Carolina’s center, so getting into town required a bit of a drive. Overall, it’s a nice retreat if you don’t need constant internet.

The breakfast here is almost surreal—home‑made, locally‑inspired dishes that outshine anything I’ve had at other inns. I also loved the many sitting areas, decks that open onto the creek, and the tours led by Neutinho, who took us to the Prata and São Romão waterfalls and even introduced us to local families. The only thing that could be improved is adding a few more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, but it didn’t really bother me. All in all, a memorable stay.
