I had a fantastic stay at StayVista Ever Falls and really enjoyed the property and the overall experience. Special shout‑out to Mohan, Manoj, and Kaluram for being so helpful and making our visit even better. I’ll definitely return.

I was looking for a quiet escape, and the place was surrounded by greenery, really peaceful and ideal for unwinding. The room was spacious, even had a jacuzzi which felt luxurious. The rain and birds outside added to a calming vibe. However, the property didn’t match the online pictures at all. Check‑in was strict at 2 PM, and even though I arrived at 1:40 PM the staff talked among themselves before letting me in. There was no fridge or room service, which I expected. The menu was very limited, food cooled quickly when served in bowls, and the restaurant area was cramped, especially when the villa was booked. The food tasted okay but nothing special. The game zone and restaurant shared the same space, so we were playing carrom while others ate. At checkout the staff asked for feedback because they needed to upload it. Overall, there are other properties that could do better for the same price.

The place and location were very good and the staff was super helpful. There were lots of puppies and other animals, which felt nice. Unfortunately, the room we got was horrible. The AC wasn’t working and there were constant power cuts that kept shutting the fan. I had a very bad experience at night. The bathroom was full of cockroaches and lizards.

The exterior of the property was well maintained. The rooms, however, were not aesthetically pleasing; there were cobwebs in the room and the bathroom tiles were not clean. The dining experience was a total let‑down. Even as a farm stay it was disappointing overall. There could have been seating places under the trees and elsewhere on the property. The game room and dining room were shared and nothing great to look forward to. There were no complimentary tea or coffee sachets in the room, and the kitchen only opens around 8, so you have to wait for tea and coffee to be prepared. The mattress was also uncomfortable, and sleep quality suffered.
