Everything was terrible: the reception was awful, the staff were racist, and they gave us different, poor rooms after we paid for the ones we chose; the rooms were stuffy, infested with bugs, and unclean, and the racism was strongly felt. If you’re a tourist, please avoid this place—your money will be wasted.

The pool was gorgeous and the staff were warm and enthusiastic, but the location is a bit hidden; the hotel offers a shuttle that runs on a fixed schedule with low frequency, so you often have to wait if you want to use it.

“Worth the money but needs work”

The property is beautiful and the on‑site restaurant has a nice café; a golf cart drives guests up to the main road, which is handy for kids or shoppers. However, the building needs repairs—our room’s shower had no hot water on the first night, the bathroom clogged and overflowed, and the door didn’t close properly, among other small issues.
