I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I booked a room in advance and paid, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they had no knowledge of my booking. Despite my complaints, I never received a refund. The lack of communication and respect for my payment was appalling.

My family and I were left stranded in the middle of the night when the owner canceled our booking without warning. We were forced to find alternative accommodations at 2 AM, leaving us and our young child in a difficult situation. The owner's greed and lack of consideration were evident in their actions.

While the staff at this resort were friendly and helpful, our experience was marred by the owner's uncooperative attitude. We requested early access to our room, which was available, but the owner refused, leaving us to wait for hours. Her lack of respect for our time and needs was disappointing.
