The room was tidy, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. The rate was competitive, and the location is ideal near amenities and local shops, including the High Street. The kitchen and lounge were spotless and well kept. I had everything I needed for a relaxed, stress‑free stay. The only downside was the lack of a smart TV in each room; there’s a communal TV and a shared kitchen instead.

The house was incredibly clean, stunning, and the beds were comfortable. However, there’s no parking on site, so I had to park elsewhere and walk down. Watch out for the last step on the landing—there were two close falls, so it’s a falling hazard.

The host, Mr Gill, was very friendly and made me feel at home; I’ve never had such a great experience in any other booking, so I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting Birmingham. Nothing else to mention.
