Trekkershutten - Camping Groenpark

The sanitary facilities were nice. The accommodation was very poorly cleaned. The inventory needs replacement; very cheap and broken material. The table top was broken, the floor was sagging, and the curtains were moldy. The table was sticky, mold and grease on the exhaust, and there was no adequate dishware or kitchenware, which was also very dirty upon arrival. There was no service pack to properly wash dishes, and an extra pillow was missing. In short, glad it was only for one night.

I booked a chalet with its own bathroom, but the photos were misleading; instead I was handed a tiny trekkershut (a garden shed) to sleep in. The beds were even smaller than a single bed, and there was no proper sink to wash up. The toilet and shower were shared, and you have to pay an extra €1 for a 3‑minute shower; by the time the water warmed up, 2 minutes had already passed. The worst accommodation ever – definitely not worth it!

The location was good, but nobody was physically present, the plumbing was outdated, and I ended up in the wrong hut.

The room and surroundings were great, but there was no hair dryer in the room.
