“No se cumplieron mis expectativas”

The room was very comfortable and clean, the bell boys were excellent and always ready to help, and the waiters were also friendly. The place was crowded, there were no pool loungers, and the 24/7 café lady who makes the crepes was quite gruff. For an all‑inclusive, the food variety and quality were lacking.

The spot has a nice beach, a roomy pool, and plenty of sunbeds, and the Italian restaurant was very good. At check‑in I was first denied the room because I presented my Mexican residency card instead of a passport; only after talking to a manager and paying upfront did I get a room, and they offered a single bedroom even though I had paid for a two‑bedroom. The hotel’s own terms say a foreigner can check in with a passport OR residence card. The experience was terrible; I will never return.

“Pésima forma de manejar una queja de los clientes”

Una pésima forma de manejar una queja de huéspedes Nuestra experiencia terminó muy mal. Durante la estancia mi mamá recibió comentarios ofensivos de otros huéspedes y, al salir molesta del área de alberca, sufrió una caída fuerte y se golpeó en la boca. Después de revisarla, acudimos a recepción para presentar una queja y pedir apoyo al hotel. En lugar de manejar la situación de forma profesional, la discusión escaló con la gerencia y finalmente nos prohibieron regresar a nuestra habitación, aun cuando estaba pagada y nuestra estancia seguía vigente. Incluso llamaron a la policía para que abandonáramos el hotel. Esa misma noche tuvimos que buscar alojamiento de emergencia y pagar $1,650 MXN adicionales en otro hotel. “Relaxing few days..”

The staff were friendly, the pool area and bar were nice, and we had beach access with an ocean view from every room; the landscape around the property was beautiful. However, the food left us unimpressed – it was just okay, and our best meals were eaten outside the property.
