It’s well located, quiet, and clean. The hot shower water didn’t work for us the last two days, and we didn’t know who to ask.

Great location, close to the metro. The room was tidy and clean. I’ll definitely use this place again when I visit London.

The spot is the only good thing. It’s noisy, there’s no soundproofing between units, the tiled fireplace base is very dangerous with broken, cutting tiles, and the photo doesn’t match reality.

The location is fine. There’s only one bathroom with the toilet inside, so we get harassed in the shower in the morning by people who want to use the toilet. No bedside lamp or outlet near the bed. The same code works for the mechanical lock. Someone helped me get into the room, but after that there was no way to get another code. I had to leave my suitcase outside for safety. No one answers or helps after midnight, and there’s no staff on site. The street is noisy.
