“Great place to stay for amazing snorkelling”

Everyone was incredibly friendly, and you could even see the fish 🐠 from the balcony—nothing else to mention.

Snorkeling is amazing, and even though the bungalows aren’t the newest, they have charm; the hammock is cool and the rooms are big enough. We didn’t eat there, but within about 10 minutes on foot there are great options. We rented fins and the owner was very friendly. Communication before and during the stay was excellent (thanks Budi). We booked a tuk‑tuk driver at a fair price who picked us up at the harbor, and everything worked smoothly. What we didn’t like at all was the birdcage—totally unnecessary, too small, and dirty—along with the trash heap that blocked our view; a gust of wind would send everything into the sea. It felt careless and ruined the view.

“Lage gut”

Snorkeling from the house pier was great, but the food was disappointing 🙈.

“Location good, the rest not so much”

The location was good, the ocean was close, and there were nice spots to sit outside, but the room was very dirty, had no toilet paper, no water, no AC, cobwebs and insects on the ceiling. For the same price I had a room elsewhere with all those amenities in a similar spot; the staff didn’t even know about my reservation and I had to wait over 20 minutes before being shown my room. Given the location there’s a lot of room for improvement—I wanted to like this place.
