The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking; I thought I’d told them about my pets but apparently I forgot, so they quickly checked availability and managed to find a room for me, which I really appreciated after an 8‑hour drive. I paid a refundable deposit and got it back. However, when I entered the room it seemed clean at first, but the blankets and pillowcases were dirty, the floor was slick, and I killed two roaches within 10 minutes of getting in. After seeing that, I refused to sleep under the covers and instead slept in my hoodie with headphones on, waking up after 3 hours. My aunt even had a roach fall into her ear canal and get stuck, which gave me a new fear. I want to emphasize that the staff were nice.

The floor was filthy, there was no mini‑fridge, a bright street light shone in all night, rubber wall trim was peeling off, and the shower curtain was tied in a knot and still wet when we tried to untie it. It was neither comfortable nor pleasant.
