The landlord is always reachable through the Booking app and consistently friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with the essentials. As a sleeping option it works well for 4‑6‑person families. The location is superb—Le Marais is one of the safest districts in the city (even at night), and you can reach the Louvre or Notre Dame on foot in 20‑30 min. From there you can, for example, take a Big Bus city tour and explore all the sights. The internet isn’t the fastest (emails and WhatsApp are fine, but anyone who wants to stream videos should get a data package). Also, we wouldn’t recommend the apartment for a longer stay with more than 4 people: the sofa bed (for persons 5 & 6) takes up almost the entire living‑dining area. Anyone who really wants to use that space for cooking, eating, or living will have to assemble and disassemble the bed daily if there are more than 4 guests.
