The whole experience was wonderful from check-in to check-out. The staff we interacted with, Nav and Jade, were friendly, attentive, helpful. Our room, the Oliver room, was delightful and we loved being able to come down to the bar for a drink and lunch or dinner. I can't think of anything that could have been better. The room had everything we needed and it was wonderful little sanctuary on a rainy day

Location was good Staff were very helpful and friendly. Think in bathroom (john room) would benefit from a shelf to put your toiletries on
