This hotel is simply spectacular in every way. The location is perfect, with a view of the Stone Cathedral of Canela and close to various restaurants and shops. Breakfast is associated with the Café Cultura on the second floor, so in addition to the buffet there are delicious options on the menu (fruit salad with yogurt, filled croissant, paninis, various types of coffee, among others), all included in the daily rate. The hotel also offers a harmonious lounge with different wine labels (these are charged separately), teas, a coffee machine, and a water filter. A treat! The accommodation we stayed in (studio) was very comfortable and warm, plus it provided various amenities. The bed and shower are spectacular, and the soundproof windows are a detail that makes all the difference. In short, the pure experience of the hygge concept! We only had a small hiccup worth mentioning so future guests can find a solution if they encounter the same situation: the studio we stayed in is next to the lounge, where ambient music is played through speakers. During the day this is imperceptible from inside the accommodation, but on one of the nights we heard the bass through the walls, even though it was low (the overall quiet of the room). It was relatively simple to resolve, as we were able to access the speaker in the lounge and turn off the music, so I mention this here. We informed reception to take care of it, as a small slip like that doesn’t match the level of care for guest comfort.
