The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. Nearby restaurants were great, and there were many different types of shops to visit. The chocolate‑covered strawberries I ordered for the room were delicious.

The location was fine. There weren’t enough towels and washcloths for the length of our stay, and there were roaches in the bathroom.

Location. Overall.property is in desperate need of an upgrade, very tired looking and shabby in areas ie. Roof leaking and blinds and other parts of roof stained with water marks which looked like it has been left for some time, without any attempt to improve. Balcony COULD be amazing, however it was dirty and in desperate need of removal of debris which looked like had been there for MONTHS!!! BLACK duct tape on Roman Bath, We could go on and on.however will finish off with this, couldn't believe the TV remote was held together with 2 BAND-AIDS!!!!

The location was great, right in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. There isn’t much to dislike; everything was very nice. It might be an issue for an older person to get up the long stairs, but otherwise everything was perfect.
