The beds were nice and the spot was convenient. The room sat on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator (the building actually has 4 floors). Even though they mention the lack of an elevator, the stairs are also very uncomfortable, so it’s not a luxury place.

The location was very good, the area felt super safe, and the hotel itself was spotless. The host was also extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff Jessica & Ferdinand were assists to any hotel industry due to their hospitality, helpfulness & wonderful attitude. The housekeeping staff kept the room constantly. Lean like home. Room was comfortable & cozy. 2 pillows per person would be great. Going up & down the stairs was not conducive for seniors like us. My mistake for not requesting for a room on 1st floor. Having forwarded our passports the hotel would know that we are 75yrs old & offer a room on 1st floor. We managed slowly
