The room was meticulously organized, very clean, and the yard felt safe. Finding it was a bit difficult, but the hosts were extremely helpful.

The place was immaculate—a beautifully put together space that lets you rest and reset. It was very peaceful and located in a quiet area, and the staff were kind and helpful. Nothing else to add.

It was clean, but the online location was wrong and led us to a train station in an informal settlement. The physical address omitted a street name, and the phone numbers listed online didn’t answer. We circled around for about an hour, called Customer Services, and only after that did they send the correct location via WhatsApp and give us new numbers to call past check‑in time. It was winter and there were no blankets. The room had an air‑con but no remote, no hangers, and I had to ask for both a hanger and an iron. Water was dripping outside, parking was scarce and cars blocked each other, and I was woken up to move my car so other guests could leave.
