“We had a wonderful short stay in the yurt and absolutely loved the whole experience.”

We enjoyed a short stay in the yurt, finding it cosy, comfortable and beautifully set up with all the essentials for a relaxing time. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and waking up surrounded by nature was lovely. We explored the nature reserve and met a family of wild ponys, and the family spa session was a perfect way to unwind together. The experience was peaceful and exactly what we needed, though on a rainy day we could hear cars from the nearby road, which didn’t ruin our stay. The only quirk was that after the spa, ordering takeaway or food delivery meant you had to prepare it yourself for about 20 min in the yurt, so plan ahead. The food itself was tasty and enjoyable.

“A wonderful experience in a gorgeous Yurt”

Communication with the hosts was excellent; questions were answered quickly and efficiently. They were very welcoming when we arrived, and the Yurt was charming and amazing. Afternoon tea was already set up upon arrival, offering a fabulous array of lush savory and sweet delights. We had a wonderful stay with friends for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and breakfast was a lovely start before we headed home. Thank you, we will definitely visit again. The only minor detail was that you need matches to light the fire in the Yurt or the garden firepit.

“Will be booking again”

A beautiful, little romantic hideaway. The toilet is only a minute walk away, but that was far in the middle of the night, a fact I knew before booking.

The yurt was spacious, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable, with extra bedding available if we wanted to set up another bed. The surrounding area was private and spacious for games or sitting around the fire. The bathroom, a short walk from the yurt, was modern and clean. The hosts were very helpful before and during our stay, and everything needed was in one place, so there was no need to leave the area. We also visited the spa, which I couldn’t fault; we felt relaxed and well‑rested by the end of our stay and were sad to leave. The only downsides were the lack of a mirror in the yurt and a few missing bulbs from the lights inside, but these did not affect our stay and wouldn’t stop us from returning.
