Esme Miami Beach

The location was good, but the room was extremely noisy, the old air conditioner made a lot of noise, and it felt like a machine room was running on the floor above all the time. The room was also very dusty, which triggered a severe allergic reaction when I left. The first time I stayed there it was fine, but this time it was awful, so I won’t go back.

“Hôtel parfait et bien placé pour profiter de Miami Beach”

The hotel charmed us a lot and we had a pleasant stay; the staff were very friendly, and the bar and breakfast were top. The pool was a bit small, but the beach is right next door, and the rooms aren’t spacious, which adds to the charm.

“DESONESTOS”

I stayed in a great spot, but we had an issue when we forgot a travel bag at the hotel. We quickly figured out what happened and asked the hotel to hold it while we flew back to Miami to pick it up (they promised to keep it and hand it over on the agreed date). When that day came, the bag was missing, and because we had a flight back home, we couldn’t wait until the next day. They said they would mail it to us… but that never happened, and they don’t even reply to emails. It’s been almost a month and there’s still no response—dishonest!

“Beautiful hotel, amazing location, kind staff”

The place is amazing—great location, cool Spanish décor, a beautiful rooftop, and plenty of amenities. Breakfast, drinks, beach chairs, and umbrellas were all delicious and accessible. I’ll definitely return if I’m back in Miami Beach and recommend it for couples and everyone. The AC was a bit loud and leaked, but the staff were kind and fixed the leak right away.

“Great! I will book this hotel next time I come back to south beach.”

It’s close to the beach and some nice restaurants; the people there are friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of facilities like a fitness room, café, rooftop bar, and more. The room is just a little small.
