The location, terrace views, décor, buffet breakfast, pool, and beach area were great. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful, room prices had risen, and we were moved to a smaller room than last year. We were charged 2 € city tax for every drink and then asked to tip at checkout.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the marina, town center, and train station. The rooms were beautiful with great views; the Seaview room was definitely worth it. The staff were wonderful, and getting ferries to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi was easy.
