“Location is great, the hotel itself not worth the price”

The lift is right next door, so getting to the slopes is a breeze. The bed is comfy, though it’s split into two mattresses. Breakfast is decent but feels repetitive and there are no pastries. The real downside is the room on the ground floor with windows looking straight onto the parking lot. Cleaning only happens every other day and towels are rarely changed – we only got one fresh towel for a four‑night stay. Bathrobes cost an extra €7, and at €430 a night the value just doesn’t add up.

The accommodation was fantastic and the location was incredibly good. Everything was just where we needed it, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.

The hotel sits right by the ski lift station, parking is in a garage, and breakfast offers a good variety while the buffet dinners are fantastic. Our rooms were spacious enough for the four teenagers, and we loved the sauna on the fourth floor and the large ski room in the basement with lockers for each room, plus a ping‑pong table and a table‑football set. The staff were very helpful and even accommodated a late checkout. We had a great stay and would return.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The food is delicious, and the kids program is excellent, making it a great choice for families.

The hotel and its facilities are modern and well kept. The all‑inclusive meals are adequate, not a culinary highlight but fitting the concept. The roof‑top sauna is definitely a highlight and can be used in summer too. What bothered us was the very high dog fee – €22 per night for a pet with no extra service. A lower fee, like €10 as in other hotels, would be a sensible suggestion for the management.
