The spot was great and the receptionist was very helpful, plus the beds were comfy. It was cold when we arrived and the air‑conditioner has no heat function.

The location is the hotel's biggest advantage and overall value is good. Breakfast had limited choices and some items were stale. The front desk claims 24‑hour service, but in reality it closes at 23:30. I stayed during a cold spell and the boiler barely warmed the room, so a review is needed for the winter season.

The shower never heated up, and since the hotel doesn’t have a 24‑hour front desk they gave me a WhatsApp number that never answered. I tried to chat with a cleaner in the morning, but she was busy. All in all, it was a frustrating stay.
