Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Breakfast was very complete, the hotel sits 15 minutes from the station, and the area is quiet. Cleanliness could improve; we were given a room with a broken shower handle, we mentioned it, but because it was the weekend they didn’t fix it.

The location is great, our room was very clean and the bed comfortable, and everything else was fine; the breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. The check‑in process was laborious and excessive, and while the staff did their job they weren’t particularly friendly.

I liked everything.

The breakfast room was nice and the food selection very good; the hotel is well located and quiet, and the rooms were very clean. The staff was practically nonexistent, with no front desk presence. The hotel claims the rooms are air‑conditioned, but they are not; the room we received had a standalone air‑conditioner that didn’t work. I asked for a different room and was moved to another one that also had no air‑conditioning, only two fans. If I return to Zurich, I’ll go to the Marriott.
