Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
I had a very pleasant stay! The rooms were clean, functional, and fully equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly, and despite the late check‑in, I was warmly welcomed and even given a small snack—something that made me feel appreciated after traveling. The hotel’s great location makes it an ideal starting point for arriving in Kos and kicking off a holiday. I would definitely book again.

The balcony offered a view, but the variety and taste of the breakfast items were lacking.

The location was convenient, and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable enough for a short stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast fell short: portions were tiny, and the staff watched guests closely, telling me to ask before taking a banana in an abrupt way. I also found a hair in my food, which was very unpleasant and raised hygiene concerns. Given the price, I expected a better overall experience.

The location was good between the two marinas, within walking distance of most things, including historic sites and the bus station. But the check‑in staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I paid for a sea‑view room with balcony and A/C, yet the balcony was tiny and blocked by trees. The A/C produced a constant alarm‑type siren and didn’t cool. A staff member came in the middle of the night when I asked to check the A/C, said it was broken and unplugged it. We had no A/C for two hot nights and the staff couldn’t move us or offer compensation. The bathroom was falling apart, the door was unhinged, and the shower was old, rundown, and cracked. The room had dingy floors and walls, blinds were off, and lights and switches were broken. The place needs TLC and better staff training in hospitality.

The location was good, but the rooms had an old bathroom.
