The staff worked hard and were super friendly but clearly understaffed; cleaning was terrible, the shower was dirty on arrival, body wash was empty, no cups for coffee, and when our room was made up they took some of the dirty towels but never replaced them or refilled soap or coffee; we also had long waits for service even though the staff were working hard.

I booked a studio suite and was charged for it, but no suite was available so we had nowhere to stay and have not received a refund yet.

The staff was great and the location was excellent, close to so many things. The parents letting their sons run wild, knocking on doors and running, one hit my friend's new car with a hard plastic disc, no respect for others, and the staff was looking for the trouble makers.
