The room had excellent soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night, and the facilities were new; the staff were polite and helpful. I initially thought the distance to the subway entrance was a bit far, but after getting used to the walk it was acceptable.

The breakfast was delicious and the amenities were abundant. The hotel is close to Nansamachi Station, and there were no issues.

It was a clean, upscale hotel near the station, and the surrounding area had convenient shopping options. They offered a free shuttle to Disney. The laundry room had poor ventilation and the floor was damp and slippery.
