The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to guide us through Bukhara with genuine enthusiasm. However, our room had no hot water in the evening (it arrived in the morning), and there was no hair dryer.

A roomy, comfy room, but the breakfast was basic and there was no mini bottle of water in the room when we arrived, plus it’s far from the historic sites.

The hotel is very pretty, the rooms are cozy and clean, and a lovely woman makes tasty breakfasts, but we wished there’d be drinking water in the room; there’s a cooler on the first floor but carrying glasses around is inconvenient. The location is a bit far from the center, though that’s not a deal‑breaker because Yandex Taxi is convenient, fast, and cheap. Overall, we were satisfied.
