I was fine overall, but the staff communication was off—no teamwork, no standard guest greeting. I tried moving my check‑in date through every channel: e‑mail, WhatsApp, VK, and phone, yet no one replied, so I had to stay on the originally booked date while ill. I also booked a luxury room with an ocean view, but there was no direct view—only a side view of the pool crowded with people, which was quite surprising and inconvenient.

The hotel is in Canggu, close to many great restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom comes with amenities. The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping is done twice a day. Overall service is commendable and attentive. The property is next to Atlas and Finn’s beach clubs. Either love it or hate it, the music is audible until late at night. There are only five sun beds beside the pool. Unless you have a pool‑access room, it’s not very convenient. The rest of the sun beds are on an open deck facing the sea. Breakfast variety is limited and the buffet food storage could be better. Salads, cold cuts and cheese are not stored properly.
