The location is great, the place is very clean, showers have hot water, and the neighbors in the building are very quiet. The room is quite basic for the price, but you’re paying for a great location; there are no plates or cutlery for those who want to eat in the room, and a mini‑fridge would be handy for cold drinks or snacks. It’s on the fourth floor with no lift, so anyone with medical issues might find that a big problem.

Conveniently located. Severely misadvertised: no view of the Eiffel Tower, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, scaffolding outside with workers starting at 8 am without any prior warning from the owner, and it was massively overpriced—won’t recommend even to a homeless person, let alone charging €170 a night.

The neighbourhood was great, within walking distance to the metro and the Eiffel Tower, which made everything convenient, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The bed was uncomfortable, very hard, and the pillows were small.

The location is excellent, the place is very pretty and comfortable. The stairs 😅 seemed like they might give you a fall.
