The firm beds were a plus and let me sleep well; the TV was broken and the maintenance crew arrived after we’d already gone to bed, and in the morning the staff told us to unplug the cables to keep the TV from being unplugged again. Still, the cleaning crew should have verified that everything in the room was working before the next guest arrived.

I found cockroaches in the room, there was no swimming pool or exercise room, the breakfast was awful, and the staff were terrible.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but getting there was a nightmare: both freeway exits were closed, it was a toll road, and it was a real hassle.

The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy, and it was close to a supermarket, a restaurant, and a gas station. The breakfast, however, was nothing special—just coffee, muffins, bananas, and apples—though a Cracker Barrel sits right across from the parking lot, which is handy.
