The house is small but truly charming, ideal for two people. The real highlight is the outdoor area: the garden is huge and well‑maintained, with spots to eat or lounge under a canopy by the pool. The photos don’t do it justice; it far surpassed our expectations. Perfect for sunny weather. The indoor furniture is a bit dated, especially the mattress which is quite worn and the living room couch is uncomfortable (not a problem if you mostly stay outside).

We stayed five nights and it was an amazing, peaceful experience every day. The host was very kind, always ensuring everything was perfect and recommended several points of interest. Without a doubt, if we visit Palma again we’ll stay at this house.

Space, quiet, all the comforts, a beautiful garden, a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s no surprise why. The washing machine needs to be replaced.

The entire area was a very nicely laid out garden, everything was blooming, plus a lovely pool – simply beautiful. The apartment itself was fully equipped and spotless. Two weeks felt too short. Mr Carlos was very friendly and sent us off with a bottle of wine. Everything was fine.
