Only the staff were okay. The place claims 3 stars but feels like 0 stars, has no fridge, no tea kettle in the room, the room is very cramped, and the phone doesn’t work.

The cleanliness and quiet were good. The wifi was weak.

The location was superb and the staff were very cooperative; the rooms were small but clean and everything else was available. However, there were no toiletries, and I had expected a kitchenette when booking but there wasn’t one—though I didn’t ask again since it wasn’t needed. It was a bit pricey for the space.

The rooms were decent and fairly clean. The location was convenient, close to Sultan Qaboos Mosque. It could have been cleaner or at least offered housekeeping for stays over three days.
