The location was great, but the room had no air conditioning. The price was about 200 €, so you would expect at least some airflow or a ventilation system in a 4‑star hotel.

The hotel is located inside the Hotel Sava, so it offers the services of a 4‑star superior, with comfortable beds and excellent food. The park surrounding the hotel is well maintained and there are also children’s play areas. The lady in charge of the restaurant was somewhat rude, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, and I stayed at the Grand Hotel Sava. Everything was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable for rest. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities: sauna, spa centre, pool, café, restaurants, hair salon, shop, promenade, and other interesting places nearby, so you don’t have to spend all your time in the hotel. The food offered a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner, with unlimited portions. I was especially delighted with everything and am very happy; I chose this place for a holiday and will return soon.

The location, the staff, and the service for dogs were all very good. The swimming pools were small and few.
