Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
This hotel was solid for a quick getaway to JB. The only thing nearby was the Southkey Mall, which was large, spacious, clean, and had all the usual stores. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were lovely.

I really enjoyed the breakfast; there were many options.

Everyone at the hotel was smiling, very friendly, and made my stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was large, the food tasty, the ambience great, and the service team observant and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room cozy. The shower area could be slippery due to the layout; with only a rainbath, soap and lather fell at the back where water couldn’t rinse it, making the bath very slick.

We loved the bathtub in the room! The kids had a blast, the staff were friendly, and the pool was great for them. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for letting the kids be kids!

Friendly staff and a decent location, but the facilities feel a bit dated—nothing major.
