The location worked well for the metro and the room was spacious, plus the 24‑hour check‑in was handy. However, the shower was broken and even after a plumber was sent, it still wasn’t fixed properly; since we were staying mainly to freshen up before heading to the airport, it was a let‑down.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, with subpar service that left much to be desired. The room was incredibly small, and to make matters worse, the elevator broke down during my stay. The breakfast was also a letdown, failing to impress in any way. Despite the hotel's efforts, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
