“Wunderschön absolut weiter zu Empfehlen.”

The lodge was beautiful in an African style, especially the straw‑roof bungalows, which felt special. It was absolutely quiet; at night you only heard insects and birds, which was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and tasty, and we also ate dinner there and found the food really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Getting to the lodge was a bit of an adventure because it had rained beforehand and we had to drive over a very muddy track, but the next day it was mostly dry. The Addo Elephant National Park was a short drive away. Nothing to complain about.

“In één woord, TOP. Wij hebben genoten en voelden ons als klant minstens koning.”

Eigenlijk alles. Het is dat een 10 het hoogst haalbare is. De accommodatie, de omgeving, de schoonmaak, het eten. Maar het meest opvallende was het personeel. Iedereen ziet er blij uit, is vrolijk, behulpzaam en enorm klantgericht. Niets is te gek. Een bericht aan de eigenaar, hoe dit vast. Je hebt toppers in dienst en die moet je koesteren. Heel waardevol. Schoon, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien

“Wonderfully relaxing stay!”

We stayed in the straw bale house, which was large and beautifully appointed. It was so quiet and peaceful, with a lake view and plenty of birds. The food was excellent, with every effort made to accommodate our different dietary needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you all! Nothing else, except storms made the access roads muddy.

“Excellent facility and friendly staff”

The chef was very nice to my wife and organized a dinner for us even though we hadn't booked it. The food was nice. Bravo.
