Cabañas Green Life

I still haven’t been let in and I’m waiting for my refund.

“Cuidado estos al parecer Son estafadores”

They turned out to be scammers; after we arrived all contact was cut off, we waited over two hours with no one coming to greet us, and they never let us in, leaving us outside the property.

The staff never responded; we arrived at 19:00 and stayed at the property without signal or electricity while it felt completely deserted. When we finally got through, they said they would call us from another number but never did, so we left at 20:30 and no one showed up. To this day neither the hotel nor the booking site have replied about a refund, which isn’t our fault since we couldn’t use the accommodation.

When I got there the room wasn’t ready – check‑in was supposed to be at 3 pm but I arrived at 5 pm and found no bedding and no staff around, so after an hour I cancelled my reservation and went to other cabins; there was no refund either, making it a terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend.
