“Sosta a Nizza in famiglia”
Very convenient for train travelers, just a few minutes on foot from the station and a 10‑minute walk to the city center; the setting is well cared for, with a fully equipped shared kitchen and beach umbrellas and towels available.
Everything was perfect. Genevieve was super nice and helpful with everything. The location is 10/10 right in between the beach and the train station. Grocery store is right next door. The rooms were super nice and spacious. Really affordable for what you get!!

A really beautiful room in a great location. Nothing I didn’t like.
A charming, cozy, spacious, clean, and well‑furnished apartment on a quiet street with a balcony. The large bathroom, shared fully‑equipped kitchen, and dining area were all great. Service was good and messages were answered quickly. The seating area, while charming, was uncomfortable.
“Perfect place and great host”
This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. From the start, the host was incredibly kind, caring, welcoming, and attentive. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel at home and left the best impression possible. The apartment itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, spacious, comfortable, stylish, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need, including a generous supply of coffee capsules, tea, snacks, and cookies. The beds were extremely comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The view from the windows is beautiful, the neighborhood is lovely, and the building itself is gorgeous. Everything was clearly prepared with great attention to detail and care. We especially appreciated the host’s flexibility and kindness. She let us check in much earlier than the official time, had the apartment ready for us, and kindly let us leave our luggage after check‑out. These thoughtful gestures made a big difference and showed how genuinely she cares about her guests. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better place. Everything was beyond our expectations, and the combination of the beautiful apartment, perfect location, comfort, and exceptional hospitality made this stay truly special. We would give it 100 out of 10 and would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommended!
