“Péssima não recomendo”

Only the location was good. Everything else was a mess: a lack of communication and marketing, the listing didn’t mention that the bathroom was outside the room or that there was a fee for breakfast. When we arrived, the receptionist warned us at the last minute. Another odd thing was that I could cancel until 11 am, but he was on a call telling someone that he could only refund half the money because it would be bad for him. We paid 160 more than the site price for a room with a private bathroom, and we were outraged. The room was poorly cleaned, and during the two days we stayed there was no housekeeping at all.

“Ótima hospedagem na Capital de Goias”

The location was good, and the paid breakfast option was fine. I found it calm to arrive around 23:00 by app. The area feels safe at night. The room had no ventilation, but I was given one when I requested it. Some rooms require climbing two flights of stairs.

“Sem suporte dos colaboradores e sem manutenção”

The price and location were fine. The bathroom had a clogged drain. I asked to move to a lower floor room, and they gave me a mop. The room had no window, only a tiny sliding door in the bathroom. I requested a room with a shared bathroom because of the drain problem, but it was denied; I would have had to pay for a more expensive room with no discount from what I had already paid. I would have to pay another full night. I’m not one to complain, but this single stay was terrible.
