The place is a gem: front‑on the sea, great value, and the host is super helpful. The only downside? The shared kitchen and lounge had a heavy cigarette smell because someone had just smoked there—couldn’t really relax.

The location is top‑notch, right by Brava beach with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the sea view is amazing. I liked everything.
