The overall cleanliness, especially of the bathrooms, was poor. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the service was unpleasant.
What really stands out is the warmth of Carmen and her husband, and all the staff are very attentive and friendly.
We had a great experience, the location was super easy to get to and the staff were really attentive and provided excellent service. We absolutely loved it there.
The area is very quiet, but the woman who contacted me asked for an advance payment and gave me a different price than what the app showed.
Beautiful place and great service; thanks to the Toledo family for their hospitality, it was a pleasure to meet them.
